Within the scope of my dissertation I analysed the legal policies and procedures concerning the enforceability of copyrights in Germany, the USA and Chile.

Among other aspects I was interessted in the effectiveness and  scope of the respective national provisions, but also on their relevance in everyday practice.

The dissertation was finished in autumn 2010.
